We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges do not incur a return shipping fee. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.
