This pistachio-green heart-print mid-length poplin dress features a crew neck and short cuffed sleeves. It is belted at the waist with a tonal tie belt and closes at the front with small tonal buttons. It has two invisible side pockets. The so Tara touch: the little flat bow on the cuff and the slightly flared skirt give it a romantic look.

Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee. Exchanges do not incur a return shipping fee. All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels.
